I first met Jacob from JD Waterproofing when the town was putting in sewers and sidewalks.....

My husband discovered a leak in our basement. I called and got three estimates. The first estimate & solution would not have fixed the issue. The 2nd company didn't want to speak to "the little lady" and the estimate was "you'll need a mortgage" expensive.  When I phoned Jacob, he showed up two hours after I called.  He listened and even checked our sump pump hole, finding sand in it.  The next spring, we had a second leak at the other end of the basement.  Jacob showed up so quickly.  Both issues were fixed.  We have not had any issues since.
